YE-870 双工位热熔硬头贴合机 Thermoplastic ToePuff Coupling Machine

• 本机主要用于鞋帮面皮与片材包头之粘合
• 片材包头之材料，可采用预涂热熔胶或一般材料预涂上粘合，内里涂上粘胶后，再与帮面粘胶。
• 本机采用气压传动，利用下下拱型之模具，将帮面皮与片材包头粘合，内里涂上粘胶后，再与帮面粘合，使帮面皮、片材包头与内里粘合为一体。
• 拱型之上下模具设计，使加工后之帮面，更利于后续工序加工处理。拱型之上模，配有发热装置，使包头上的预涂热熔胶熔化，与帮面压后更为牢固。
• 压合的时间及温度，均可按加工材料要求，加以适当调校。
• 在下模带一小杆可将片材包头压着定位后，上模才下降进行压贴，确保片材包头在帮面上位置准确。

• The machine is mainly used for vamp leather andsheeting tip binding.
• The material of sheeting tip can be pasted withvamp by pre-spraying thermoplastic glue or pre-spraying glue over ordinarymaterial and coating with glue inside, then binding with vamp.
• This machine adopts pneumatic driving and use upperand lower arc moulds to bind the vamp leather with sheeting tip. The bindingshall be done after the inside is coated with glue so that the vamp leather andsheeting tip can be bound together as an integral part.
• The design of arc shape upper and lower moulds willfacilitate the processing later. The arc upper mould is provided with heatingdevice to melt the pre-coated glue and will make the vamp firmer afterpressing.
• The time and temperature of pressing can beadjusted upon the requirement of processed materials.
• Unfed the lower mould, there is a small pole, whichcan conduct pressing by upper mould after the sheeting tip is pressed inalignment. This design can ensure accurate location of sheeting tip on vamp.
