YE-218A Instep Moulding Machine

1.    This machine is suitable for the women’s high-heeled shoes and men’s shoes. It moulds the vamp of the shoe before toe lasting.

2.    The jelly mould is made of wear-resisting and heat-resisting silica gel. Outside of the aluminum mould the temperature may reach 200°C.

3.    After moulding, in the upper leather sticks well to the lining. No corrugation, no distortion, no bubbles are there. It reduces the breakage of the leather.

4.    The moulding is done quickly. The machine reduces time of development of the 1^st sample, reduces the cost and meets customers’ request better.

5.    After you use this machine for moulding of the vamp the productivity of the work on other machines raises.

6.    The mould may be adjusted according to the size of the shoetree.
